Apple devices have begun to experience issues on ONU wired and Wi-Fi networks due to a feature called iCloud Private Relay. This is enabled by default on Apple devices that are tied to an iCloud subscription. To ensure the best possible network performance, we recommend turning this feature off.
How to turn off iCloud Private Relay on IOS Devices:
- Open the Settings on your Apple device
- Tap on your name > iCloud > Private Relay
- Turn Private Relay Off
How to turn off iCloud Private Relay on Mac:
- Click on the Apple Menu > System Settings > click on your name
- Click iCloud, click Private Relay, then turn off Private Relay.
